Bombki świąteczne DIY/Christmas balls DIY

My first christmas balls. Actually only first one is, lets say, typical. 

Two sheperds and gold star.

and three Kings with their presents.

On the splice red pearls and green flourish - not so good but first in my life on plastic ball so I can stand it ;)

I bought also two flat, wood circles with small hole. Better for experiments and I think it looks better.
I stuck cones from  napkin and than I painted with acrylic paint green branches, red dots and snow.

On the other side snowy houses and embossed inscription. And of course grey half pearls.

I did second flat ball for my best friend as a small gift before christmas for her new flat.
One side is with snowman in the middle, other things again painted - also snowflakes :)

Up is silver, wood angel.

The other side two playing kids - from napkin - background again painted with acrylic paits.

Time for Presents and Christmas packaging!/Czas na prezenty i świąteczne opakowania!

One week before Christmas is time for wrapping all presents - don't leave it for last minute ;)

But this year I decided to do it by my own, without "special tools" just by using my paper trimmer and bone folder.

I did first time (!!) so I begun from one 30*30 scrapbooking card, and....

I added just brown ribbon. And package for first present completed :)

So I could go for higher level :P Blue paper bag and on the frond side caroling people picture. I really love it.

On top silver ribbon and finished.

Next level something more. On the front side christmas girl with Holidays accents - green and gold glitter.

The back side paper with snowflake cut and word "enjoy".
On top not only ribbon but also cutted snowlakes.

Than blue box - for something for my husband but I cannot tell what (it should be surpise ;)

At the end I found smooth, white piece of paper and colour craft foam. So I did that:

I cut christmas tree and ecru snowflakes. On top red ribbon and I'm ready.

Now I just have to think how I could wrap bigger gifts. Hmmmm....

I forgot about Christmas tags, presents, small christmas balls and sweet bird on it - colored with differet inks :D

Myślałam, że taśma malarska jest bezużyteczna podczas wycinania w maszynce Sizzix Big Shot, gdyż czasem przylepia się do powierzchni, na której pracuję (czytaj: papierowych elementów J. Ale z czasem, tworzeniem większej ilości projektów widzę, że czasami naprawdę się przydaje. W związku z tym używam taśmy malarskiej do tworzenia swoich własnych masek. Te gotowe są czasem drogie, czasem tak lubię swoje wykrojniki, że chciałabym mieć swoją własną maskę o takim właśnie wzorze. Dlatego stworzyłam sposób tworzenia swoich masek, który jest przydatny podczas pracy z tuszami lub pastami strukturalnymi.

I thought that painting tape is useless because during die cuts in Sizzix Big Shot sometimes it glues to the working surface (read: paper elements ;).  But with time and more projects I see that it sometimes really helps. That’s why I use painting tape to do my own mask. This ready are sometimes expensive, sometimes I love some of my own die cuts and I want to have some as a mask too. So I create this way, which is helpful when I work with inks or structural paste.

Potrzebujesz:

-          Taśmy malarskiej (używam taśmy szerokiej na 4 cm, ale cieńsza jest też ok)

-          Papier do drukarki (czysta kartka lub zadrukowana)

-          Nasz wykrojnik

-          Tusz(e) lub pastę strukturalną

You need:

-          Painting tape (I use this 4 cm wide but thinner are also ok)

-          Printing paper (clear or with printed side)

-          Our die cut

-          Ink(s) or structural paste

1.      Nalepiam na papier taśmę malarską, pasek przy pasku z obu stron( dzięki temu nasza praca będzie bezpieczna, gdyż  papier pod taśmą nie będzie mokry).

Glue paper with painting tape, stripe near stripe in a both sides of paper (because of painting tape paper under it wouldn’t be wet and our work is secure).

2.      Następnie umieszczam na obklejonym kawałku wykrojnik, w miejscu, które najbardziej mi odpowiada.

Than put your die cut on it, there where you want to place it.

3     Nasza maska jest gotowa do użycia!

Biżuteria decoupage/Decoupage jewelry

I know that we have November and it is time not for such "sunny" things but I forgot about this bracelet :P 

Anyway it is wood bracelet painted by acrilic, satin paint bought in super marcet. Than I took red and orange acrilic paint and I created roses and later I made leaves. And here I used three different coulours of green paint.

At the end I sprinkled gloss powder on it. Of course I finished everything with transparent varnish.

And in November I started again work with acrilic paints. I did four wood bookmarks.

Two owls and two cats.

 First owl I painted in both sides (like other three wood bookmarks) on brown colour. Than I made wings from paper tissue with flowers. After some time I decorated it with super gold paint and tiny brush.

 After all, on dry owl I put transparent varnish - on wings glossy one, on other parts satin.

 Than I made second owl but this time all in light gold, than wings from brown paper tissue. On dry parts I put acrilic paste (brown) and liquid paint (gold).

with varnish I did this same. I added also three wood, brown beads.

Than I made first cat. I mixed black paint with glossy silver. I love incredibly sparkling!  When all was dry I did white pattern, than waiting, waiting and last dark blue parts. At the end "rope" with two white plastic pearls, on which I added artificial snow.

I painted second cat with black silver colour Pentart acrylic paint metallic which is amazing!! Work with this paint is really super nice. Next steps were this same as in the first cat.

And with more light is more shiny :)

 Than I made winter bear. On wood heart I made decoupage.

Than I made snowflakes from structural paste .

 Later I used mixed black, brown and white paint to make background.

At the end wax silver paste on the borders, and small pearls.

Last part in every decoupage work with your own  invention is to put more than 2 or 3 varnish layers.

Each of this small things took some time to do it, because all small parts should be dry, if not, it is hard to go with next layers of paints.

Ślubne exploding box/Wedding exploding box

I made it as a wedding gift from scrapbooking paper 240 g

On top I put lace and white heart and butterfly. Than I added tag, on the one side roses...

...on the other side wishes :)

The Middle: flowers :) 

Pierścionek z koralików i kartka/ Beaded ring and card

Zrobiłam już sporo różnej biżuterii ale pierścionek z koralików zrobiłam pierwszy raz.
Najpierw obszyłam szklany, czarny kamień koralikami (Toho: czarne 11 i złote 15).

I did many different jewellery but I tried beaded ring first time.
First I trimed glass black stone with beads (Toho: black size 11 and gold size 15).

Następnie zrobiłam okrągłą bazę splotem peyot z Toho: czarne 11.
Na koniec zszyłam obydwa elementy - nic odkrywczego ;)

Than I made round base for ring with peyote stitch from Toho: black size 11.
In the end I stitch both together - nothing new ;)

A po wszystkim zrobiłam czarną kartkę z białą koronką (wyciętą  z papieru), trzema różami (przyklejone na taśmę 3D) i wszystkie (z liśćmi) przykleiłam na owal.

Prosta, ale ze brokatowym klejem w kolorze złota wygląda fajnie :)

And after all I made black card with white lace (cut from paper), three roses (glued on 3D tape) and all of them (with leaves) glued on oval ring.

Simple but with gold glitter looks nice :)
